Great infographic. I love how you make us see the science behind curing lights and the evolution of treatment in the mid 1990's up to today. Now because LEDs can be fine-tuned to produce just a specific wavelengths, it can now produce light where every photon that’s produced can be used in the curing process, which is super effective in curing. Sensitivity is a key issue for our patients, LED unit is desirable, to the traditional curing light, to prevent heat build up, and to also guarantee a well cured material. There are a lot of fake and unapproved dental curing lights sold everywhere. So whether purchasing off the internet, or from a dental supplier, equipment must meet the requirements.
